André Levi
Senior associate
André Levi is a senior associate in the Public Law, Planning, Environment and Energy practice area
He provides legal and strategic advice on the concession, implementation, management and marketing of real estate projects, in all their phases, intervening in urban management procedures (licences, prior communications, authorisations and prior information requests - PIP) and in territorial planning processes (preparation, review and modification of land management plans and programmes, as well as delimitation of execution units). He also has extensive experience in public, regulatory, energy and environmental law matters and procedures.
He practiced law at PLMJ (2016-2022) and TELLES (2022-2025).
He has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2025.
