Throughout her career, she has led compliance projects in privacy and data protection, as well as in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, big data, AdTech, cookies and the internet of things (IoT). She also specialises in technology procurement, consumer regulation, gaming regulation and affiliate marketing, offering a holistic approach combining technical, legal and business perspectives.

Ana has been involved in structuring strategies for organisations with international data transfer operations, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and the correct adaptation to applicable regulations. She has also collaborated in the integration of compliance frameworks for disruptive technologies, advising on risk assessment, development of internal policies and adaptation to national and international regulations.
