For ten years, Ana Cristina has specialized in providing advice on the implementation of best practices to ensure consumer protection and the prevention of anti-competitive practices to a wide range of private sector companies in segments such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and digital platforms, among others.
Since June 2025, she has served as Alternate Commissioner of the National Consumer Commission of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Trade.
Her work includes the proper implementation of promotions, advertising, application of commercial guarantees, correct marketing of regulated products (medicines, tobacco, food supplements), execution of e-commerce in compliance with applicable regulations, processing of complaints, and obtaining authorization for transactions from the Commission for the Promotion of Competition.
In addition, she advises companies on real estate and corporate and corporate law. In this area, she has participated in the coordination, execution, and formalization of corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, asset purchases, corporate restructuring) and real estate transactions (purchase and sale of property, project development, condominium formation) at the local and regional levels.
