A lawyer with extensive experience in civil litigation at all levels of the judicial system, as well as commercial arbitration before major arbitration tribunals. She has a solid track record in advising national and international clients, both in pre-litigation and litigation matters, on issues such as contractual disputes, insurance claims, and banking litigation. She also plays a prominent role in defending clients in proceedings related to damage claims in the field of competition law.
She actively participates in pre-insolvency and insolvency matters, advising debtors, shareholders, and directors, as well as creditors, in the various phases of insolvency proceedings.
She combines her professional practice with teaching, as a tutor of Civil Law in the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Navarra (Madrid), and participating in training initiatives organized by institutions such as the Madrid Bar Association.
