Alessandra Zanabria is a lawyer specialising in employment law, employment litigation, social security and immigration matters
She has experience in preventative consultancy, employment litigation and labour inspections, gained at firms such as KPMG Peru, EY Peru and specialist law firms.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the law firm Vidal & Cía., where she led litigation strategies, provided preventative advice and handled disciplinary proceedings. Previously, she served as a legal assistant at the Supreme Court, an experience which enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the labour court system. She is currently an Associate in the Employment Law Practice at ECIJA in Peru.
