Alejandro is a lawyer specialising in labour, social security and sports law, with extensive experience in terminations and comprehensive business advice in these areas

He has extensive experience in providing recurring advice to companies on employment contracts, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, remuneration policies, functional and geographical mobility, substantial changes to working conditions, special employment relationships, expatriation, due diligence, occupational risk prevention and social security benefits.

He specialises in termination and disciplinary proceedings, redundancy procedures (ERE, ERTE), as well as representation and defence before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC), the Social Courts and the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.

His experience covers both the strategic and procedural aspects of labour law, and he is a point of reference for companies in various sectors that require a technical and practical vision of Spanish labour law.
