Ethics Channel

ECIJA is committed to emphasizing the preventive value of this communication and reporting mechanism, promoting and encouraging its appropriate use, while also ensuring respect for the guarantees inherent to the operation of this Ethics Channel. It is defined as a tool for prevention that enables the organization to identify and implement appropriate measures in the event of any breaches or behavior contrary to the law or the organization’s values.


Reporting Misconduct

To facilitate the submission of reports, ECIJA has implemented an Ethics Channel managed through an external platform, configured as follows:

  • External Software: Whistleblower (an external software solution that offers the highest standards in anonymity and whistleblower protection), ensuring robust guarantees for informant protection.

  • Access Method: Via the following link.

Reports through the channel may be submitted anonymously or with identification, and will be handled in accordance with ECIJA’s Ethics Channel Operational Procedure.

It should also be noted that, in accordance with Article 16 of Law 2/2023, any individual may report an act or omission within the scope of the law to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.), or to the relevant regional authority or body, either directly or after reporting through ECIJA’s internal channel.
