ECIJA Pride is born from within, driven by the people of the firm. It is not a one-off initiative, but an active community with a vocation for real impact.

We work to integrate diversity into our day-to-day work, combining awareness, training and action. Because for us, inclusion is not communicated: it is built. We believe in real, safe and respectful environments, where each person can develop without giving up who they are. Because when that happens, talent, innovation and growth come naturally.

A structured and cross-cutting plan

At ECIJA we have developed an LGTBI Plan that articulates a set of measures aimed at guaranteeing the real and effective equality of people in all areas of the firm. This approach allows us to integrate diversity in a transversal way, ensuring that inclusion is part of our culture, our policies and our day-to-day work.

Our talent management model is based on the merit, capacity and potential of each person. We foster a culture of continuous learning through training programmes on diversity, LGTBI rights and unconscious bias. These initiatives not only raise awareness, but also contribute to building a more aware, respectful and inclusive organisation at all levels.

Safe and respectful environments

We actively work to ensure diverse, safe and inclusive workplaces, where there is zero room for discriminatory behaviour. We have specific protocols for preventing and acting against harassment and violence, reinforcing our commitment to the respect, dignity and protection of all people.

We are part of something bigger: REDI

ECIJA Pride is part of REDI, the leading network of companies in Spain committed to LGTBI diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This collaboration allows us to share best practices, promote joint learning and actively contribute to the creation of safe, respectful and discrimination-free work environments.

In addition, we actively participate in its Legal Chapter, promoting awareness-raising, training and knowledge generation initiatives within the legal sector.
