Sérgio Fagundes Conceição

Sérgio Fagundes Conceição focuses his practice on Real Estate Law and has significant experience advising clients on the national and international structuring of their investments, as well as on the development of the respective real estate transactions, particularly through the comprehensive management of high-profile residential, commercial, and tourism real estate projects.

Sérgio completed his Portuguese Bar Association traineeship in 2018 at Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas e Associados. In 2021, Sérgio joined PLMJ and, in 2023, moved to Cuatrecasas.

Since 2018, Sérgio has served as a Guest Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in the areas of Family and Succession Law.

Sérgio has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2026.
