Rita Robalo de Almeida
Senior associate
Rita Robalo de Almeida is a Senior Associate in the Labour and Social Security Department.
She is predominantly active in the areas of labour law and social security law, as well as tax law, providing cross-cutting legal advice in these areas.
She is the author of a Master's dissertation entitled "The importance of the exclusivity clause in the delimitation of subordinate contracts and contracts for the provision of services" (2018), reflecting her interest and academic deepening in labour matters.
She completed a summer internship at RFF & Associados - a firm specialising in tax and corporate law - in 2014, joining the team as an intern in the same year. Between 2015 and 2018 she worked as a Trainee Lawyer, becoming an Associate Lawyer in 2018.
