Ricardo Lourenço da Silva is a Principal Associate in the Labour and Social Security Area.
He works in the areas of labour law, litigation and Labour Tech, with consolidated experience in the provision of legal services in all matters related to individual and collective labour relations. His practice includes legal advice to various multinational companies, with special emphasis on labour litigation and the definition and strategic management of large-scale restructuring processes.
He completed his internship at BAS - Sociedad de Abogados, where he subsequently joined the team as an Associate Lawyer.
He is the author of several scientific articles on labour law issues and is a frequent speaker at specialised conferences.
He is a member of APODIT - Portuguese Association of Labour Law, CIELO - Community for Labour and Occupational Research and Study, AJJ - Association of Young Juslaboralists and EELA - European Employment Lawyers Association.
He has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2019.
