Ricardo Lourenço da Silva focuses his practice on Labour Law, Litigation and Labour Tech, with consolidated experience in providing legal services across all matters relating to individual and collective employment relationships. Ricardo Lourenço da Silva’s practice includes advising several multinational companies, with particular emphasis on labour litigation and the strategic definition and management of large-scale restructuring processes.

Ricardo Lourenço da Silva completed his traineeship at BAS – Sociedade de Advogados, where he subsequently joined the team as an Associate Lawyer.

Ricardo Lourenço da Silva is the author of several scientific articles on Labour Law topics and regularly participates as a speaker at specialised conferences.

Ricardo Lourenço da Silva is a member of the APODIT – Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho, the CIELO – Comunidad para la Investigación y el Estudio Laboral y Ocupacional, the AJJ – Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
