She practices judicial litigation, focusing on highly complex technical disputes of significant economic value, including real estate law and distribution law matters. Her practice covers clients from diverse sectors such as automotive, real estate, industry, logistics, healthcare, private security (electronics), wine, information technology, and tourism, handling both judicial proceedings and strategies for dispute prevention and resolution.
After completing her internship, she joined A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice & Associados (now PLMJ), where she remained until July 2021. She has participated in negotiations, including international ones, aimed at reaching pre-litigation settlement agreements. She co-authored the “Proposal for Revision of the Procedural Costs Regulation,” published by the Litigation Lawyers Circle in February 2019, and is a regular guest on SIC to comment on current legal topics, particularly tenancy matters.
She has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2021.
