Jane Kirkby is Coordinating Partner in the Public Law, Planning, Environment and Energy practice area
She practices in Public Law, focusing on Public Procurement, Administrative Law, Health Law, Data Protection, and Public-Private Partnerships, advising public and private entities.
After her law degree, she completed her internship at Barrocas Sarmento Neves e Associados, remaining as an Associate afterward. From 2007 to 2010, she held various public roles, later joining BAS as partner, building strong expertise in the public sector and public procurement. In October 2020, she joined Antas da Cunha Ecija as Of Counsel, was promoted to Partner in January 2022, and assumed coordination of the Public Law areas.
She has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2020.
