Diana Albuquerque Laezza is a Associate in the Public Law, Planning, Environment and Energy practice area

She works in the areas of Public Procurement, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, with a focus on providing legal advice to public and private entities.

Throughout her career, she has provided legal support in public procurement procedures, monitoring administrative litigation and other public sector regulatory matters.

Her Master's dissertation was on the topic "On the effects of the invalidity of the surrogacy contract on the determination of parentality".

She started her professional career as a Trainee Lawyer in the Public Law Department of the law firm Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão & Associados, in 2020. After her registration at the Bar, in 2022, she joined the same firm as an Associate Lawyer. In 2024, she joined the Public Law Department of the Dower Law Firm. She has been a member of the Administrative Law Association since July 2023.

She has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2024.
