Senior associate

Cristina Pires Pinto is a senior associate in the area of Public Law, Planning, Environment and Energy

She develops her activity with special emphasis on Urban Law and Land Planning Law. With consolidated experience since 2003, she worked for more than a decade as a senior lawyer at Vieira Fonseca & Associados, in the areas of Administrative Law, Expropriation Law, Urban Law and Land Planning Law.

Subsequently, she joined André Miranda & Associados, also as a senior lawyer, where she expanded her practice to the areas of Public Procurement and Gaming.

Between 2014 and 2021, she held the position of legal director of the trading company Pefaco Portugal, S.A..

In 2021, she was invited to join the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture and Food as a technical specialist/legal expert, a position she held until 2024. In this context, she was directly involved in various legislative procedures, with particular emphasis on the process of transferring, distributing and articulating the powers of the peripheral services of the direct and indirect administration of the State in the CCDRs. He also participated in the Working Group for Rural Property and in the Working Group for Administrative Simplification in the field of sectoral licences, in the context of the Reform of Economic and Investment Affairs.

She has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2025.
