Carolina Ribeiro Santos

She is active in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and has extensive experience in advising on corporate matters, including corporate finance, housekeeping, auditing and corporate governance, as well as on asset management issues, in particular the setting up and monitoring of collective investment schemes.

During her academic career, she completed several extracurricular internships, notably at the Portuguese Consulate General in Paris. He completed his internship at Coelho Ribeiro e Associados, where he remained until 2021.

She has been part of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2021.
