Practices in the areas of Immigration and Citizenship, with a focus on residence visa applications, residence permits, and Portuguese citizenship applications, providing legal assistance to international clients, investors, and companies in the context of international mobility and on labour immigration matters.

Provides comprehensive support in proceedings before the competent authorities, ensuring the preparation, compilation, and submission of applications, as well as their follow-up until a final decision is issued. Beatriz defines legal strategies tailored to each client’s profile and objectives, taking into account the applicable legal framework, deadlines, documentary requirements, and procedural specificities.

With five years of experience in Immigration and Citizenship, has developed her practice in both the individual and corporate spheres.

Holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2020) and, in the same year, enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Lisbon School. Also attended the Advanced Postgraduate Program in Banking Law, taught by the Research Centre for Private Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Began her professional traineeship for the Portuguese Bar Association in 2021 at SBPS Legal (formerly Cruz Oliveira e Associados), where she practiced until joining Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, R.L.

Joined Antas da Cunha Ecija in 2026.
