MySMEs Day 2025: "Data protection without complications: What every SME and entrepreneur should know".

The MiPymes Day 2025, an event that connects ideas, business and strategic decisions for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, kicked off this Tuesday. The event, organised by the Quito Chamber of Commerce, brought together experts, entrepreneurs and leaders of the national productive sector.

During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn about real experiences, access practical tools and be part of a business community with a vision for the future.

On behalf of ECIJA GPA, partner Christian F. Espinosa-Velarde, Data Protection specialist,  participated with the presentation: "Data protection without complications: What every SME and entrepreneur should know". 

In his speech, he shared the main challenges and key recommendations for small businesses to comply with the current regulations effectively and without unnecessary complexities.
