Fernando Vizcaíno, with more than 40 years of experience, highlights the evolution of labour law from the 2012 reform to the current focus on equality, conciliation and the protection of vulnerable groups. He underlines the growing demand for professionals who master both the regulatory framework and technological tools (such as the digital file or LexNet) and who have procedural and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity, teleworking and workers' digital rights.
