Fernando Vizcaíno, on ISDE's Master's Degree in Labour Law: "It aims to delve into the hottest reality of the practice of the profession".
Faced with a constantly changing labour environment, marked by digitalisation, the irruption of artificial intelligence and increasingly demanding regulations, the programme seeks to train specialised lawyers capable of facing the new challenges of the sector.
Fernando Vizcaíno, with more than 40 years of experience, highlights the evolution of labour law from the 2012 reform to the current focus on equality, conciliation and the protection of vulnerable groups. He underlines the growing demand for professionals who master both the regulatory framework and technological tools (such as the digital file or LexNet) and who have procedural and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity, teleworking and workers' digital rights.
The master's degree combines a high technical level with a practical approach, taught by working professionals, and places special emphasis on preparing students for a changing labour market, where agility, strategic vision and collaboration with human resources are key to success.
