ECIJA present at the International Court of Arbitration annual working session

Mauricio París - Costa Rica and Blanca Gómez de la Torre - Ecuador, both ECIJA partners and members of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce - ICC, participated in the annual working session held in Paris on Thursday 16 October.

The International Court of Arbitration (ICC) is the world's leading institution for the resolution of international commercial and investment disputes. It does not act as a court of law or issue rulings, but administers arbitration proceedings under ICC rules. The Court oversees the process, provides judicial oversight, assists in the constitution of tribunals, reviews awards for enforceability, and handles procedural and financial aspects to ensure a fair and efficient resolution.
