ECIJA incorporates Edwin Estrada to lead telecom practice in Costa Rica
Global law firm ECIJA has announced the appointment of Edwin Estrada, a former vice minister of telecommunications of Costa Rica, as a partner to lead the firm’s telecommunications practice, part of the technology, media and telecommunications department.
