ECIJA incorporates three firms in Navarra and reinforces its team with 40 new professionals
ECIJA, present in Pamplona since 2018, has announced the integration of Ático Asesores, JPI Consultores and Lexcons, strategically reinforcing its presence in Navarra with the consolidation of a team of more than 40 professionals and a turnover of more than €4 million. This transaction consolidates the firm's sustained growth in the north of Spain and reinforces its value proposition in key areas of commercial, tax, labour and corporate sustainability law.
In parallel, ECIJA has also announced the internal promotion of Estefanía Clavero as a new partner of the firm, in recognition of her brilliant career within the firm and her contribution to the development of the areas of commercial law and corporate governance. This appointment reinforces ECIJA's commitment to career and internal talent, consolidating a growth model that combines strategic integrations with the promotion of profiles of excellence from within the organisation.
The integration includes:
- Ático Asesores, led by Fernando Charro, Juan José Velázquez, and Jesús Buldain Pérez, with extensive experience in tax, accounting and labour consultancy.
- JPI Consultores S.L., led by Rosa Jaso Litago, a benchmark in strategic consultancy, regulatory compliance and corporate sustainability projects.
- Lexcons, founded by Óscar Pujalte and Inés Los Arcos, with a solid position in comprehensive business consultancy.
With these strategic integrations, ECIJA's Pamplona office decisively strengthens its structure and capabilities in commercial, tax and labour law, incorporating the experience, talent and client portfolio of three firms with a solid track record in the Navarre market, while enhancing its offer in ESG compliance, sustainability and corporate governance.
Since its opening in 2018, the Pamplona office has been a pillar in ECIJA's national expansion plan, which has managed to combine organic growth with selective integrations. The arrival of these three teams reinforces this trajectory, consolidating ECIJA as a benchmark player in Navarra and northern Spain.
"This operation represents a qualitative leap in Navarra, as a result of our strategy of adding talent and consolidated structures to offer a comprehensive, close and highly specialised service with a vision of transversal sustainability," said Alejandro Touriño, Managing Partner of ECIJA.
Arturo del Burgo, partner at ECIJA Pamplona, said: "The incorporation of Ático Asesores, JPI Consultores and Lexcons is a decisive boost for our office. It allows us to grow in number and capabilities, but above all to strengthen our commitment to the business fabric of Navarre, accompanying companies in their legal, digital transformation and sustainability challenges".
So far in 2025, ECIJA has integrated CLCripto, a leading consultancy firm in legal and tax advice on crypto-assets; it has strengthened its presence in Colombia with the incorporation of the boutique Vanegas Morales and profiles such as Daniel Acevedo; and has added in Portugal the firm Cruz Vilaça Advogados, specialised in Public and European Union Law. Just a week ago, it also announced the incorporation of Corp Abogados y Economistas in Zaragoza, an operation that decisively strengthens its capabilities and positions it as one of the leading firms in Aragon.
The integration of Ático Asesores, JPI Consultores and Lexcons in Navarra adds to this set of strategic moves and consolidates a key year in the growth of ECIJA, framed in an expansion plan with which the firm exceeded 100 million euros in global turnover in 2024, maintaining its leadership in Spain and Latin America and positioning itself as one of the most innovative law firms in Europe.
