Throughout his career, he has advised on some of the most important transactions in the sector, especially in complex projects related to real estate investment, IPOs, and public acquisition offers for real estate investment companies, urban development, construction, and corporate structuring of real estate assets, for both national and international investors.
With a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Alcalá de Henares and a master's in Private International Law and Banking from Washington College of Law, Iván has led real estate practices in high-profile firms, participating in transactions with a total volume exceeding seven billion euros. His work has been repeatedly recognized by leading international legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
