ECIJA has advised Par Producciones on the new HBO series "Culiacanazo, herederos del narco", which will unravel the serious events that took place in October 2019 after the failed attempt to arrest one of the sons of the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, the wave of violence that broke out in Culiacán and the security crisis that continues to affect thousands of people.
The firm has provided advice on all issues related to audiovisual production (service contracts, production contracts, exploitation contracts, distribution contracts, etc.), as well as on matters of the Right to Information and Freedom of Expression, especially in relation to possible conflicts with the rights to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image.
