ECIJA advises on the new Disney+ series 'El clan Olimpia'.

ECIJA has advised Par Producciones and Tornasol Media on the series El clan Olimpia, available on Disney+ and inspired by real events, which tells the story of a Spanish drug trafficker forced to establish links with Colombian cartels and the Neapolitan mafia.

The advice covered all aspects related to audiovisual production (service contracts, production, exploitation, distribution, etc.), as well as issues related to the right to information and freedom of expression, especially with regard to possible conflicts with the rights to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image.
