He has advised major public entities, private developers, and banking institutions on urban planning, with a notable involvement in some of Madrid’s most emblematic urban developments. Additionally, he advises national and multinational companies operating in Spain on key areas such as environmental law, waste management, ecological transition, and circular economy.

His career also includes advising regional governments on waste and environmental legislation, with a particular focus on the creation of regional regulations.

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Complutense University of Madrid.
    Urban Planning Technician from INAP.
  • PhD candidate and graduated with a diploma in advanced studies with research proficiency from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
