Teresa Pereyra

With extensive experience in this field, she has been responsible for the data protection, privacy, and new technologies areas at Roca Junyent for the past three years. Previously, she worked in the public sector, at the Data Protection Agency of the Community of Madrid, and before that, she was part of ECIJA from 2013 to 2015 as an associate in the TMT department in the Madrid office.

Her expertise includes advising on data protection compliance projects, audits, designing compliance strategies, defending clients in sanctioning procedures, training, and Due Diligence, among others. 

Teresa has advised clients from sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, marketing, banking, telecommunications, e-commerce, and culture.
