Teresa is a lawyer specialising in data protection, privacy and new technologies, with a strong background in compliance and leadership in legal and technology environments

Teresa has solid experience in regulatory compliance and leadership in legal and technological environments. In the last three years, she has led the areas of data protection, privacy and new technologies at Roca Junyent. Previously, she worked at the Data Protection Agency of the Community of Madrid and was part of ECIJA between 2013 and 2015 as an associate in the TMT area in the Madrid office.

Her professional practice includes advising on projects for compliance with data protection regulations, audits, design of compliance strategies, defence in sanctioning proceedings, training and due diligence processes. He has advised clients in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, marketing, banking, telecommunications, e-commerce and culture.
