Tania Ávila Morfín is a partner in the Labor Practice Area at ECIJA Mexico. With more than two decades of experience, she specializes in corporate restructurings, labor consulting, social security litigation, and outsourcing strategies. Her career includes a prominent role on the Advisory Committee of the Business Coordinating Council (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial - CCE), where she contributed to key reforms of the Social Security Law related to outsourcing.

She has advised national and international companies in sectors such as healthcare, food, automotive, logistics, and hospitality, implementing cost optimization strategies in employee benefits and compensation, leading compliance investigations, and employee transfers. Additionally, Tania has extensive experience in successful employer substitutions and due diligence processes for multinational companies.
