With over 25 years of experience, he advises international corporations in sectors such as technology, life sciences, food and consumer goods.  

As Rechtsanwalt (German lawyer) and Abogado (Spanish lawyer), his practice focuses on international business law, protection of tangible and intangible assets, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance and liability issues. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as a foreign expert in Intellectual Property in Spain and Germany and by Who’s Who Legal for Franchising and Product Liability Defence. 

He actively participates in top legal associations, leading discussions on artificial intelligence and international business law. He serves as the Chair of the IBA’s Task Force on AI’s Impact on the Legal Profession and has held leadership roles in international trade and alternative business structures committees
