Silvia is specialized in compliance programs, internal investigations, and the prevention of fraud and corruption

With more than 20 years of experience, Silvia has provided strategic advice to clients in the areas of compliance, criminal law, sustainability, and cybercrime. She has in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations, as well as best practices in ethics and integrity, corporate criminal liability, anti-corruption, and money laundering, among others.

Silvia has extensive expertise in international compliance regulations and has worked on the implementation of internal information systems at the national level, their integration with other jurisdictions, the management of whistleblowing channels, internal investigations, audits, and certifications (UNE 19601, ISO 37001, ISO 37301). She also supports certification processes, participates in "monitor" processes in BMD, advises sanctioned companies (BID), and provides guidance on crisis management and cybersecurity incidents.
