Sara Duro

Principal Associate

Sara is a lawyer specialising in labour law, with extensive experience in litigation, collective bargaining and equality and diversity programmes.

She has advised national and international companies on a wide range of labour law matters, including corporate restructuring, technology law in the workplace, labour compliance, harassment proceedings and the design and negotiation of equality policies. She also runs equality and diversity management programmes at Aranzadi-La Ley, is a mentor at the IE Legal Clinic and author of the labour law chapters in the latest editions of Lefebvre's Memento de Nuevas Tecnologías.

Sara regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and as an author in leading publications such as LegalToday, RRHH Digital, Cinco Días, Confilegal and Actualidad Jurídica Aranzadi. Her career has been recognised by Iberian Lawyer, which included her in the Forty under Forty ranking of the best young lawyers in the Iberian Peninsula.


Outstanding experience

  • Legal support to Uber in the negotiation of the Rider Law in Congress
  • Advising on investigations of harassment complaints for clients such as GALP, LIDL or Canal de Isabel II
  • Registration of the equality plan of Grupo Secuoya, the second largest audiovisual production company in Spain, with more than 3,000 employees
