Santiago Vega

Santiago Vega Malo is a partner at ECIJA GPA in Ecuador, with over 15 years of experience advising national and international companies in Tax, Corporate, Wealth Planning, and Family Business Law. He has a solid track record in representing and advising clients in tax litigation and administrative proceedings, as well as in the corporate planning and structuring of national and transnational business groups.

He has provided strategic tax and corporate advice to groups engaged in construction and real estate development.

Since 2018, Santiago has been a professor at the Faculty of Legal Sciences at Universidad del Azuay, teaching Tax, Corporate, and Commercial Law. He is also a frequent speaker at courses, seminars, and conferences organized by educational institutions, professional associations, and business chambers across Ecuador.
