Rubén Lahiguera

Throughout his career, he has led regulatory compliance projects, audits, Gap Analysis and other initiatives related to privacy and new technologies, integrating aspects related to the protection of intellectual and industrial property into his practice. His advice also extends to the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the development of new applications and digital services, with special attention to those aimed at minors and vulnerable groups.

In addition to his professional practice, Rubén regularly collaborates in the drafting of articles and news articles in specialised digital media. He combines his work as a lawyer with teaching in various masters and law degrees, and actively participates in pro bono initiatives and in ECIJA's Pride Affinity Group.
