Roberto Alejandro Williams Cruz is Managing Partner at ECIJA Honduras, with over 25 years of experience advising national and international companies. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration related to distribution contracts, foreign investments, intellectual property—particularly in the application of international treaties—insurance claims, and condominium property disputes.
He graduated as a lawyer from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC), as well as Master's studies in Civil Procedural Law from the Technological University of Honduras (UTH) in collaboration with Spanish universities. He has participated in more than 40 arbitration proceedings as party counsel, tribunal secretary, and arbitrator.
Roberto also serves as a professor at CEUTEC-UNITEC, teaching courses in international trade and alternative dispute resolution. He is a regular lecturer on arbitration, intellectual property, distribution contracts, and investment protection topics.
