He has more than 24 years of experience advising national and international clients on business mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and due diligence processes for corporate loans and syndicated credits.

He served as in-house counsel in the Corporate Legal Advisory Department of Grupo Pellas for six years, participating in various high-impact transactions for the group. Later, he worked as an associate at Consortium Legal for four years, focusing on real estate, intellectual property, labor law, and civil and banking litigation.
