Polibio Valenzuela

He advises financial institutions and investment funds on regulatory and transactional matters, as well as private companies on acquisitions, restructurings, reorganisations and operations in the energy sector.

He is Co-Chair of the International Finance & Securities Committee of the American Bar Association, Vice-President of the Centrocámara de Comercio de la República Dominicana and independent member of the Board of Directors of several companies.
