Pedro da Quitéria Faria is Cofounder of Antas da Cunha Ecija, Coordinating Partner in the Labor and Social Security area, and Member of the Board of Directors

He practices Labor Law and Social Security, with extensive experience advising national and international clients on collective bargaining, relations with workers' representative structures, compensation systems, due diligence processes (including risk analysis and contingency quantification), disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissals and job terminations, labor litigation, and preventive labor advice.

He completed his internship at ACFA – Antas da Cunha, Ferreira & Associados, becoming partner in 2013. In 2014 he joined Miranda Advogados’ Labor Department as Senior Associate, then left in 2015 to cofound Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados. He has contributed scientific articles, speaks regularly at conferences, and is a frequent television commentator. He taught Labor Law and Legal and Judicial Practice at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Moderna de Lisboa.

He has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2015.
