Patricia Revuelta
Principal AssociatePatricia is a lawyer specialising in Industrial Property, with extensive experience in advising national and international clients.
She specialises in the prosecution of European Union trade marks, ranging from the search for prior art to application and registration. Her practice includes the defence of trade marks through the filing of oppositions, the negotiation and drafting of coexistence agreements, as well as the filing of appeals before the Board of Appeal of the EUIPO, including proceedings before the General Court in Luxembourg.
Her international career is complemented by a solid participation in reference associations and interventions as speaker and moderator in specialised IP and trade mark forums.
