Patricia Liñán

With over 20 years of experience, she has advised companies in competition proceedings and merger control before the CNMC and the European Commission. She developed her career at firms such as CMS and Bird & Bird, where she led the EU and Competition Law practice areas.

Her recent work has focused on damages claims and the implementation of competition compliance programs. Her career has been recognized by international directories such as Chambers & Partners, which highlights her among the leading experts in the field. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Association for the Defense of Competition (AEDC).
