Pablo is a highly experienced lawyer with over 20 years of expertise in business law and corporate affairs

He served as Managing Partner at the law firm Jiménez de Parga until its merger with ECIJA. He is a key figure in advising clients in the areas of business law and corporate law, specializing in corporate governance and commercial contracts. In particular, Pablo has extensive experience representing both Spanish and international companies, and has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for numerous organizations.

In the area of economic criminal law, Pablo has successfully defended clients in some of the most high-profile criminal cases in the business sector in recent years. He has represented clients in trials before the Spanish Supreme Court, the National Court, and other judicial bodies, many of which have gained significant media attention in Spain.

Pablo also boasts significant expertise in both commercial and sports arbitration. He has served as President of the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association and Vice-President of the Hispano-Moroccan International Arbitration Court. Currently, he is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Court of Madrid, the Madrid Bar Association’s Arbitration Court, and the Spanish Sports Arbitration Court.
