Oliver is an expert in business management in the areas of tax, labor, corporate, and accounting.

Oliver has a solid track record in evaluating projects for the European Commission under the Seventh Framework Programme and Horizon 2020.

With over 20 years of experience, Oliver has worked as a business development director in a biotechnology company and as CEO of a nanotechnology company. In both roles, he led the international expansion of the business and established collaborations with companies and institutions in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Previously, he started his professional career in public institutions such as ICEX and the Bank of Spain. Oliver is also the founder of Ad & Law, which is now part of ECIJA.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and the University of Wisconsin.
  • Master’s in International Financial Markets from UNED.
  • Executive Programs: Startup Lawyers (IE), Project Management (IESE), Biotechnology Company Management (Genoma España), Labor Audit (CEFF).
