Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on Corporate and Transactional Law, specializing in Legal Project Management (LPM), leading the coordination of internal and external teams and ensuring scope, time, and budget control in regional projects and sophisticated transactions. She has participated in numerous M&A operations for key clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, insurance, and agrochemicals, most of them with regional scope.
Since 2021, Monserrat leads the Intellectual Property practice at ECIJA, providing strategic advisory services on the protection, optimization, and risk prevention of intangible assets, with a special focus on creative industries.
