Michael Veintimilla has over 20 years of experience advising national and international companies on asset and company acquisitions across various sectors of the economy, including oil, gas, fuels, agribusiness, aviation, tourism, and telecommunications. His practice covers due diligence processes, structuring and drafting of acquisition agreements, and obtaining regulatory and antitrust approvals necessary for the successful completion of transactions.
