With over 20 years of experience, he is a regional leader in dispute resolution, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), advising global companies and business leaders on complex disputes and adapting their operations to a constantly changing digital environment.
He has participated in more than 50 international and domestic arbitrations under ICC, UNCITRAL, and other prestigious institutions' rules, being recognized as one of the most appointed arbitrators in Costa Rica and a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris (2024-2027).
In the TMT field, he is a leading expert in data protection, AI, and digital regulation, and a trusted advisor to telecommunications companies, technology platforms, and regulated sectors. He is a member of the CAMTIC Board of Directors and combines his professional practice with a solid academic background as a professor and columnist, consolidating a unique profile at the intersection of law, innovation, and business.
