Mauricio París
Managing Partner in Costa RicaMauricio París is a partner at ECIJA Costa Rica and a leading regional expert in arbitration and digital law, advising international companies and public entities on complex dispute resolution and legal strategies in the digital ecosystem
With over 20 years of experience, Mauricio has represented clients in more than 50 national and international arbitrations under ICC, UNCITRAL, and other renowned institutions’ rules. He advises multinationals, international organizations, and local companies in dispute resolution and regulatory and technological compliance. He currently serves as a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration in Paris (2024–2027) and is recognized as one of Costa Rica ’s most appointed arbitrators.
Mauricio is also a professor of International Commercial Contracting at the University of Costa Rica and a public policy consultant specializing in data protection and privacy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Chamber of Information and Communication Technologies (CAMTIC).
