Martín is a Junior Associate in the area of Technology and Personal Data Protection, as well as Sports Law at ECIJA Chile

He has extensive experience in advising both national and international companies in matters related to technology. During his professional life, he has accompanied clients in processes of diagnosis and regulatory adaptation in the protection of personal data, and also in the implementation of their respective Infringement Prevention Models. In addition, he has developed policies, procedures, response plans and protocols for multiple companies in different sectors. In the field of cybersecurity, he has experience advising clients on the review and management of their risks in accordance with the standards established by the National Cybersecurity Agency.

Regarding sports matters, Martín has accompanied athletes in their negotiations with public and private entities, mainly in matters related to the marketing and management of their sporting careers. He has also advised sports clubs and federations on corporate governance and sports compliance issues.
