Margarita is a partner and an expert in commercial and investment arbitration 

With a strong background in the field, she specializes in transnational commercial disputes, advising national and international clients across sectors such as energy, construction, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate, insurance, finance, and pharmaceuticals. She has been involved in pre-litigation negotiations and arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional, under the rules of institutions such as LCIA, ICC, AAA, the Zurich Chamber of Commerce, the Danish Institute of Arbitration, and CIAM. Additionally, she has worked on matters related to bilateral investment treaties, advising major corporations, financial institutions, and governments.

Throughout her career, she has acted as an arbitrator in proceedings under the Madrid Court of Arbitration and CIAM regulations and has served as an administrative secretary in arbitral tribunals under the ICC, LCIA, TAS/CAS, and Madrid Court of Arbitration rules.
