Maite holds a Law degree from the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s in Urban Planning and Land Management from the same university, as well as a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Zaragoza’s School of Legal Practice. She has also completed the Executive Program in International Commercial Arbitration (ICC).
With 25 years of professional experience, including 10 years advising the Provincial Council of Zaragoza, she specializes in administrative law, covering local administration, public procurement, urban planning, land management, water law, and mining law. Her practice also includes matters related to sustainability, environmental law, and renewable energy.
She currently provides legal advice to local entities, companies, and individuals on public law matters, offering legal representation in contentious-administrative proceedings at all levels, both in administrative and judicial phases.
Maite also leads projects on urban planning, land management, and urban development, specializing in licenses, authorizations, and urban planning compliance. Additionally, she advises national and international companies on commercial, civil, and real estate contracts, as well as litigation in these areas.
