He is an expert in land management, contracts, financial law, and corporate transactions. Luis has participated in some of the country’s most iconic infrastructure and financing projects, advising in sectors such as electricity, hydrocarbons, and mining.
He has provided legal counsel in land acquisition, easements, permits, and rights required for project development, as well as in corporate financing and legal structuring for both national and international entities. His career includes experience at top-tier law firms and international organizations such as Thelen Reid & Priest (Washington D.C.), the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), and legal practices in Peru, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
