Leticia Domínguez

Leticia is a partner at ECIJA with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual and industrial property, and audiovisual law. She is an expert in company acquisitions and sales, mergers and spin-offs, as well as corporate governance and commercial contracts.

She has advised startups at all stages, from seed to growth, working closely with accelerators and venture capital funds. Additionally, she has extensive experience in audiovisual law, having served for over 10 years as Head of Legal at the leading national television production company.
