Juan is a lawyer specializing in TMT Law and Intellectual Property, with over 17 years of experience. He has advised clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors on key matters within his area of expertise.

Before joining ECIJA, Juan developed his career at prestigious institutions and is currently a member of the Academic Board of the Master's in European Union Law at Carlos III University of Madrid. Additionally, he is a professor in the Master's in Intellectual Property Law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the director of the Master's in Legal Practice at Universidad Europea de Madrid. He also teaches Entertainment Law at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School).
